Training and Career Development Academy
Our Culinary Arts and Hospitality trainees work in a State of The Art commercial kitchen, located directly outside of the main live room. Trainees learn food safety and food handling, the art of healthy fine dining. Participants will take a deep dive into the world of Culinary cuisine and the field of Restaurant and Event Hospitality.
Participants will prepare for a career in the food service industry. They will receive hands on training and skills right in our on premises state-of-the-art Culinary kitchen. They will practice sanitation, and food safety measures to be certain all foods are stored and served fresh.
The hospitality trainees will be engaged in both front of house and back of house operations and management. Trainees will engage in managerial and customer service skills.
