Participants will take a deep dive into the world of Culinary cuisine and the field of Restaurant and Event Hospitality.
Participants will prepare for a career in the food service industry. They will receive hands on training and skills right in our on premises state-of-the-art Culinary kitchen. They will practice sanitation, and food safety measures to be certain all foods are stored and served fresh.
Participants will begin with a foundation of knowledge within the hospitality, hotel and event planning industries.
