WE DREAM Academy Hospitality & Event Operations prepares students for workforce opportunities in hospitality, food service, and event-based environments. Participants learn practical skills in service, teamwork, food preparation, sanitation, and guest experience while building readiness for roles that support live events and venue operations. 

This pathway combines hospitality fundamentals with real-world exposure that helps students understand the pace and expectations of service-oriented careers.
