This program prepares trainees for employment in New Jersey’s robust restaurant, hotel, catering, corporate dining, school food service, and hospitality sectors. Students receive hands-on culinary skills training, hospitality service instruction, food safety preparation, and operational experience in real kitchen environments.
Graduates are equipped for entry-level culinary and customer-facing roles across Essex County.
To develop job-ready workers who can enter the culinary, hospitality, and foodservice workforce with ServSafe certification, hands-on skills, workplace professionalism, and industry awareness.
