In 2025, DeVonne embraced a new chapter — boldly investing in herself and stepping fully into her greatest capabilities. She joined The Women’s Real Estate Investors Network (WREIN), a community of over 250,000 women of faith building wealth through real estate investing. She is now the founding owner of DKS Enterprise Solutions, LLC, a minority and woman-owned business providing fast, creative solutions for urgent home sales. Through DKS Property Solutions, her mission is to help families in need protect their dignity, as well as partner with local leaders to transform communities, not sell them out. Her vision is Kingdom building through real estate.

As a woman of faith, DeVonne believes God has prepared her to merge her proven success at driving transformational change with an entrepreneurial spirit to build wealth, legacy, and community impact. She serves on the Board of two non- profits — Montclair YMCA (Secretary) and We Dream Academy of East Orange (Treasurer).
Personal Life
DeVonne has been a Montclair resident for nearly 30 years and is a member of Union Baptist Church of Montclair. She is happily married to Anthony Salliey, and together they have raised two daughters. Deja, a 2022 graduate of Pace University, now works for a non-profit on Wall St, NYC. Dena, a 2024 graduate of Brown University, also works for a non-profit and is preparing for graduate studies in Psychology.Results-driven executive with experience delivering enterprise-wide solutions in Technology, Finance, Human Capital Management, Healthcare, and Insurance.
