ABOUT OUR summer career experience

A paid hands-on training program in production, hospitality, and creative industries 

The WE DREAM Academy Summer Career Experience gives young people paid, hands-on exposure to real career pathways in production, hospitality, and the creative industries. Participants develop workplace readiness, teamwork, communication, and technical exposure while contributing to a culminating live production, event, or performance. 

This program is designed to introduce students to industry possibilities while building confidence, experience, and a foundation for future training and employment. 

• Career Pathways: Entry-level exposure to production, hospitality, AV, and creative industry roles  

• Credentials: WorkKeys NCRC potential, OSHA-10 where applicable  

• Hands-On Experience: Six-week paid workforce learning experience with project-based training
